"Pick Six" Bird Predictions

"Pick Six" Bird Predictions

In Spring 2006, a group of birders logged their guesses for the next six species to be recorded at Galileo Hill.  Below are those lists, as well as others that have been added in subsequent years. Species listed in bold have been recorded following publication of the initial 2006 checklist.  Distributional data involving the lists and details on post-2006 additions appear at the bottom of this page.  Anyone is free to join the "Pick Six" contest at any time by sending six rank-ordered, currently unrecorded species to the following email address:  howe395@yahoo.com
